Ebadot claimed that he begins preparing for a match two days before it starts. He stated that he consumes plenty of water and other fluids to keep himself hydrated.
Bangladesh scored 234 in their first innings during that preliminary match, with contributions from Soumya Sarkar (57 not out), Shadman Islam (46), Naeem Hasan (36) and Mominul Haque (33). The UAE responded with 222 all out in 53.5 overs, paced by Muhammad Waseem’s 69.
Iqbal Hossain Emon got four wickets for 30 runs in six overs, while Taijul Islam took three for 58. Bangladesh will play a one-off Test against Afghanistan at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi from October 9 to 13, under hot and humid weather. This is Bangladesh’s first Test match in the United Arab Emirates, which represents a considerable difference from the country’s past experience in the region.
The squad had previously only played ODIs and T20 Internationals in the UAE, both of which were scheduled as day-night matches, therefore this five-day format played in broad daylight circumstances was a new challenge for the travelling party.
The Bangladesh contingent arrived in Dubai on October 1 and played a two-day warm-up match against the UAE on October 4 and 5, which finished in a tie.

Ebadot Hossain has devised a systematic approach to dealing with the severe circumstances that distinguish Middle Eastern cricket.
The fast bowler highlights the necessity of understanding local weather trends and using innovative training methods to speed up physical acclimatisation.
